About Us

Garth M. Tebay, CPA, CVA is the founding partner of Tebay Mosley Associates, LLC.  Garth founded the firm in 1989 with a staff of two.  In 1993, Larry D. Mosley, CPA joined the firm as Tax Partner.  Since 1989, Tebay Mosley Associates has continued to grow in size and expand services to meet our client's needs. We now employ a staff of 15 which includes eight Certified Public Accountants, three of which are also Certified Valuation Analysts, and one of which is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Our services also continue to grow.  Some of the services we offer include accounting, auditing, business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, litigation support,  management consulting services, fraud investigation, CFO As You Grow,  complete tax services, tax planning, and retirement and estate planning.

As part of our commitment of excellence to our clients, we participate in the AICPA Quality Review program.  Every 3 years, we are reviewed under guidelines established by AICPA and OSCPA.  We have now successfully passed three Quality Reviews.
