Tebay Mosley Associates, LLC was founded by Garth M. Tebay, CPA, CVA, CM&AA in 1989 by just himself & his wife. Since 1989, Tebay Mosley Associates has continued to grow in size and expand services to meet client needs. In 1993, Larry D. Mosley, CPA joined the firm as Tax Partner. Then, as part of Tebay Mosley Associates' commitment to grow and expand its services, in January of 2001, Gary A. Pfundt, Jr., CPA, CVA and Philip E. Platz, CPA, CFE, CVA were promoted to Partner, and Jane Glick, CPA was promoted to Director. On December 23, 2004, Tebay Mosley Associates, LLC acquired Beutler and Associates, LLC. Currently, our staff includes twelve Certified Public Accountants, four of which are also Certified Valuation Analysts, one is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, and one Certified Senior Advisor. The firm continues its commitment to growth and expansion to provide the best client services possible.
In February 2005, Value Defined, LLC® was formed to handle the national/regional valuation, litigation, forensic and cost segregation services of the firm.
Like our Mission Statement states, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of services to our clients. Therefore, we continue to grow and expand our services. The services we perform for our clients include the Traditional Services, such as accounting, auditing, complete tax services, tax planning, and retirement and estate planning; Management Consulting Services, such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, litigation support; and our Specialty Services, such as fraud investigation, CFO As You Grow.
As part of our commitment of excellence to our clients, we participate in the AICPA Peer Review program. Every 3 years, we are reviewed under guidelines established by AICPA and OSCPA. We have now successfully passed three Quality Reviews.
